What’s Covered

It doesn’t cover manufacturer defects in a motor we didn’t supply, though we’ll absolutely help you file that claim and document the failure for the manufacturer. And it doesn’t cover a gate that was working perfectly when we left and then got hit by a delivery truck. We’ll still come fix it, and we’ll still give you a written price before any work starts. But the promise stays where it belongs: on the work we did.

Documentation You Keep
